• Provide and maintain the App
• Process game check-ins and manage rosters
• Track your game history and pass usage

• Balance teams fairly based on skill level and position
• Improve the App through analytics

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Other Players: Your name and position are visible to other players on game rosters and waitlists
• Service Providers: We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, analytics, and push notifications
• Payment Processing: If you make payments through the App, payment information is processed by Stripe and is not stored by us

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase services. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and secure authentication.

Push Notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications for:

• Check-in reminders for games you're registered for
• Alerts when you're moved from the waitlist to a team
• Game announcements and schedule changes

You can manage notification preferences in your device settings or within the App.

Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve our services. This includes anonymous usage data such as screen views, check-in events, and feature usage. Analytics data is not linked to your personal identity for advertising purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your account by contacting us

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Game history may be retained for statistical purposes. If you delete your account, your personal information will be removed, though anonymized data may be retained.
